Delivery Area

Orders are fulfilled within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we are unable to process orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Curbside Delivery

Most deliveries — especially for larger items like saunas — are curbside only. Carriers are not able to bring items inside your home, garage, or interior spaces. We recommend arranging assistance in advance if you anticipate needing help moving the item.

LTL Freight (Oversized Items)

Larger products such as indoor and outdoor saunas are typically shipped via LTL Freight. In these cases:

  • The carrier will contact you ahead of time to arrange a delivery window.
  • A signature is required at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email. Tracking details are provided by the fulfilling brand or their designated carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, feel free to contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.

Damaged Items at Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery before signing. If the package shows visible damage:

  1. Photograph the packaging clearly before accepting or opening the shipment.
  2. If damage is significant, you may refuse the delivery and note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  3. Contact us at sales@saunareserve.com within 24 hours with your photos and order number.

We will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the brand to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that because products are fulfilled and supported directly by the brand or manufacturer, all final decisions regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims are made by them in accordance with their own policies.

  • Used, modified, or incomplete items are generally not accepted for return.
