Curbside Delivery

LTL Freight (Oversized Items)

Larger products such as indoor and outdoor saunas are typically shipped via LTL Freight. In these cases:

  • The carrier will contact you ahead of time to arrange a delivery window.
  • A signature is required at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email. Tracking details are provided by the fulfilling brand or their designated carrier. Damaged Items at Delivery
