How much does shipping cost?
Many orders qualify for standard delivery within the contiguous United States. Freight rates or special delivery charges may apply depending on product size, brand, carrier, and delivery location
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines can vary depending on the brand, product size, and your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your shipment's progress.
Note: Shipping timelines are estimates based on information provided by our brand partners. Actual delivery dates are managed by the fulfilling brand and their designated carrier and may vary. Sauna Reserve is not responsible for carrier delays.
What is curbside shipping?
Curbside delivery means your order will be dropped off at the edge of your property — typically at the driveway or curb. Carriers are not able to bring items inside your home, garage, or any interior space. This is standard for large items such as saunas. We recommend arranging additional help ahead of your delivery date if needed.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
As an authorized retailer, Sauna Reserve follows the return policies set by the individual brands and manufacturers we carry. In general, return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Important: Return eligibility, conditions, and any applicable fees are determined by the brand or manufacturer — not by Sauna Reserve. We will communicate the relevant policy to you clearly and help coordinate the process on your behalf.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing for it. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product at the time of delivery:
- Take clear photographs of thedamaged packaging and item immediately.
- If damage is significant, you may refuse the delivery and note the issue on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Contact us at sales@saunareserve.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.
We will submit yourreport to the brand or manufacturer and do our best to assist in reaching aresolution. Please be aware that damage claim decisions — including replacementor refund outcomes — are made by the brand in accordance with their policies.
SaunaReserve does not warehouse or inspect products prior to shipment. All damageand defect claims are ultimately handled by the brand or manufacturer. Our roleis to advocate for you and help facilitate a resolution as quickly as possible.
What happens if I need to return an item?
If you need to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will:
- Review your request and check
it against the brand's return policy. - Reach out to the brand on your
behalf to initiate the process. - Provide you with any required
return authorization and instructions once approved.
Return decisions are subject to each brand's individual policy. Sauna Reserve will act as your point of contact throughout but cannot guarantee outcomes independent of the brand's determination.
Is there a restocking fee?
Restocking fees may apply and are set by the brand or manufacturer — not by Sauna Reserve. Fees can also apply to orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address. We will inform you of any applicable fees before your return is processed.
In most cases, a restocking fee of around 30% applies. This is a common industry standard for large-item returns and is assessed by the fulfilling brand.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most products we carry include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms — including the coverage period, what is included, and what is excluded — vary by brand and product model. Warranty details are typically listed on the individual product page or in the product manual.
All warranties are provided and honored by the brand or manufacturer directly. Sauna Reserve does not offer its own product warranty.
How do I find warranty details for a specific product?
Warranty information is usually available on the product page or inside the product manual. If you need help locating this information, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to connect you with the relevant brand documentation or support team.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range o fpayment options to make checkout as convenient as possible:
- Cards: All major credit and debit cards(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- ·PayPal: PayPal (including PayPalbalance, linked bank accounts, and PayPal-supported cards)
- Shop Pay: Shop Pay for a streamlinedcheckout experience
- Bank Payments: Direct bank paymentswhere supported through your card or payment provider
Do you offer payment installments or financing?
Sauna Reserve does not offer or manage installment or financing plans directly. However, your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal may offer their own installment options — such as buy now, pay later plans or monthly payment programs — depending on your account and eligibility.
We recommend checking with your bank or payment provider directly for available options before completing your purchase. Any plan you set up is an arrangement between you and your financial institution — Sauna Reserve has no involvement in those terms.
Sauna Reserve does not determine, guarantee, or have access to any financing terms offered by third-party payment providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, secure checkout. Your payment details are never stored by Sauna Reserve.
