How to Request a Price Match Refund

- Include the link to the product on our website
- Include the competing product link where the lower price is displayed
- Our team will verify the listing and confirm compliance with brand MAP policies
- If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method.

To keep things fair, our 100% Price Match Guarantee applies under these conditions:
- You must complete the purchase on Sauna Reserve before submitting a request
- The competitor’s item must be in stock and identical
- Only authorized online retailers qualify (no physical retail stores)
- Offers like coupons, rebates, BOGO, and holiday promos are not eligible
- Third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Overstock, etc., do not qualify
- The price match covers item price + shipping (excludes sales tax)
