Welcome to Sauna Reserve! We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation policy:
Cancellation of Orders:
You may cancel your order any time before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
Cancellation Fees
- Held Orders (Backorders): If you cancel a held/backordered item before it is restocked and shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative and payment processing costs.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel it, you will be subject to our 30% restocking fee, which covers return processing and associated costs.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
How to Cancel an Order:
To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Exceptions:
Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy if you'd like to return an item.
Certain items may have special cancellation terms listed on the product page or as part of a promotional offer.
