We want to make sure you have a clear picture of how your order gets to you. Because we work with brand partners who handle fulfillment directly, shipping timelines and methods are managed on their end. Here is what you can generally expect.

Delivery Area

Orders are fulfilled within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we are unable to process orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, or international destinations. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timelines vary by brand and product. As a general guide:

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days (varies by brand)
• Transit Time: 2–7 business days after processing
• Overall Estimate: Approximately 3–10 business days from order date

Note: These are general estimates based on information provided by our brand partners. Actual delivery times may vary and are ultimately determined by the fulfilling brand and their carriers.

Curbside Delivery

Most deliveries — especially for larger items like saunas — are curbside only. Carriers are not able to bring items inside your home, garage, or interior spaces. We recommend arranging assistance in advance if you anticipate needing help moving the item.

LTL Freight (Oversized Items)

Larger products such as indoor and outdoor saunas are typically shipped via LTL Freight. In these cases:

• The carrier will contact you ahead of time to arrange a delivery window.
• A signature is required at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email. Tracking details are provided by the fulfilling brand or their designated carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, feel free to contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.

Damaged Items at Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery before signing. If the package shows visible damage:

1. Photograph the packaging clearly before accepting or opening the shipment.
2. If damage is significant, you may refuse the delivery and note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
3. Contact us at sales@saunareserve.com within 24 hours with your photos and order number.

We will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the brand to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that damage claims and resolutions are ultimately handled by the brand or manufacturer. We will actively support and advocate for you throughout this process.

As an authorized retailer for the brands we carry, Sauna Reserve acts as a point of contact to help guide you through the return, refund, or warranty process. Please note that because products are fulfilled and supported directly by the brand or manufacturer, all final decisions regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims are made by them in accordance with their own policies.

We understand this can feel uncertain, and we want you to know that we are here to assist you every step of the way — from initiating a request to following up on your behalf.

General Return Guidelines

The following reflects general return conditions that most of our brand partners follow. Specific terms may vary by brand:

• Return requests are typically accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging — including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
• A restocking fee may apply depending on the brand's policy. This is assessed by the brand, not by Sauna Reserve.
• Used, modified, or incomplete items are generally not accepted for return.

Important: Return eligibility, fees, and conditions are determined by each individual brand. Sauna Reserve will communicate these details to you clearly and help coordinate the process.

How to Request a Return or Refund

2. Provide your Order Number and adescription of the issue.
3. We will review your request andreach out to the brand on your behalf.
4. If the return is approved, wewill provide you with the brand's return instructions and any requiredauthorization number.
5. Repackage the item carefullywith all original contents.
6. Ship the item using the returndetails provided and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping costs may apply and will be communicated to you prior to proceeding. Costs covered by the brand in cases of defect or damage vary by brand policy.

Warranty Issues & Product
Concerns

All warranty claims are handled directly by the brand or manufacturer of the product. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and resolution processes differ by brand.

If you experience a product issue that may be covered under warranty:

1. Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including photos if applicable.
2. We will connect you with the appropriate brand support team or submit the claim on your behalf.
3. The brand will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution — whether that is a replacement part, repair, or replacement unit.

We will remain in contact throughout this process and keep you informed of any updates.

Please note: Sauna Reserve does not manufacture or warehouse the products we sell. All warranty decisions, part availability, and repair or replacement outcomes rest with the brand or manufacturer. Our role is to support and advocate for you as effectively as we can.

We want thepayment process to be as simple and flexible as possible. Sauna Reserve acceptsa variety of payment methods so you can check out in the way that works bestfor you.

Installment & Financing Plans

SaunaReserve does not offer or manage financing plans directly. Any installment arrangements are between you and your chosen payment provider. Terms, eligibility, and interest rates are set entirely by the provider.

All transactions on our website are processed through a secure checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and is never stored by Sauna Reserve.
